Meeting with Chong Kun Dang Kochon Foundation, Korea

In the morning of 25 June 2014, the delegation of Chong Kun Dang Co. Kochon Foundation & Chong Kun Dang Pharmaceutical Corp.. headed by Mr Yung Woo Kim, Vice President in Korea paid a working visit to Hanoi University of Pharmacy in order to discuss the contents related to the program corporate scholarships to HUP students as well as seeking opportunities for collaboration in scientific researches with Hanoi University of Pharmacy.

International Summer Programme at Oxford Brookes University

Meeting with the National TSING – HUA University – Tainwan

Under the cooperation framework between Hanoi University of Pharmacy and Taiwan universities, the delegates of the National Tsing-Hua University, including Professor Ruey-anDoong (Dean of the College of Nuclear Science), Professor Hsin-Cheng Chiu (Chairman of the Department of Biomedical Engineering and Environmental Sciences- BMES) and Professor Yuh-Chang Sun had an official visit to HUP in the morning of 18 June 2014. The visit aimed at seeking the cooperation opportunities with Hanoi University of Pharmacy in the biomedical fields, especially nanotechnology.

Meeting with DRAKE UNIVERSITY- USA

Under the framework of cooperation between the Hanoi University of Pharmacy and U.S. universities, the delegate of Drake University, including Dr. John Rovers and Kjos visited HUP from 22-23 May 2014 with the aim of discussing the BPharm curriculum at Hanoi University of Pharmacy and clinical/ community pharmacy practice in Vietnam.

Workshop on population Pharmacokinetics

A 2-day workshop focussing on pharmacokinetic modeling and population approach. The major purpose of the workshop is to provide the participants the most basic knowlegdes and technical details about pharmacokinetic models, population approach. Typical uses of modeling methodologies in drug development, clinical studies will be explored in this meeting.
