Hanoi University of Pharmacy is the leading institution implementing numerous scientific and technological projects at the ministerial level (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Industry and Trade); at the provincial/city level such as the Department of Science and Technology of Hanoi, Quang Ninh, and Bac Ninh; as well as projects funded by the VinIF Foundation.
The National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) is a funding agency that supports basic research, applied research, and urgent science and technology (S&T) projects of significant scientific and practical importance, as well as potential S&T tasks and activities aimed at strengthening national scientific and technological capacity.
Hanoi University of Pharmacy organizes the selection and approval of university-level scientific and technological projects twice a year, in April and October. These include two categories: Annual university-level S&T projects (with the main output being national publications) and Key university-level S&T projects (with the main output being international publications).
