Meeting with the delegation of Taipei Medical University, Taiwan

Under the cooperation framework between Hanoi University of Pharmacy and Taiwan universities, the delegates of the Taipei Medical University, Taiwan headed by Prof.Chieh-Hsi Wu, Head of College of Pharmacy, Taipei Medical University and Ms Lam Thi Minh Thao, staff of S&T Division, TECO in Ha noi had an official visit to HUP in the afternoon of 14 March 2016. The visit aimed at seeking opportunities for collaboration with Hanoi University of Pharmacy in lecturers and students exchange, scientific research and interviewing applicants for MSc/PhD course.

The 18th Youth’s Science and Technology Conference of Hanoi University of Pharmacy

In the morning of 23 January 2016, Ha Noi University of Pharmacy organized the 18th Youth’s Science and Technology Conference in order to evaluate activities on science and technology of young lecturers and students in the last two years and select the best reporters to attend the Youth’s Science and Technology Conference of Vietnam’s Pharmacy and Medicine Universities which will be held in May 2016 at the Da Nang Technical University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

The visit of the student delegation from Gachon University

On the 26th January 2016, Ha Noi University of Pharmacy received a student delegationfrom Gachon University, Korea headed by Mr. Yang Jin -Young, Chieft Representative of United Pharm.Inc Vietnam to visit, share expriences as well as learn more about pharmaceutical profession.

Daewoong Scholarship Award Ceremony 2015 - 2016 at Hanoi University of Pharmacy

On 12 th January 2016, Hanoi University of Pharmacy in collaboration with Daewoong Pharmaceutical and Hanoi Medical University held Scholarship Award Ceremony to 30 outstanding students from Hanoi Medical University and Hanoi University of Pharmacy.

ChongKunDang Scholarship Award Ceremony

On 16th of September 2015, Ha Noi University of Pharmacy in collaboration with Korea Pharmaceutical Company Chong Kun Dang (CKD) and the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City held scholarship ceremony at Hanoi University of Pharmacy to support full tuition fee for 10 students from each Hanoi University of Pharmacy and University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh.

The 1st International Conference on Pharmacy Education and Research Network of ASEAN (ASEAN PharmNET I) was organized from 2nd-4th December 2015 at The Landmark Bangkok Hotel, Thailand.

On 25th of December 2015, Rector of Hanoi University of Pharmacy (HUP) had a meeting with Dr. Tung Yi Lee, the Counselor of Science and Technology, Director, Taiwan Economic and Cultural Office in Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

Scientific Symposium on “Current Drug Discovery and Pharmaceutical Technology” at HUP

On the 26th January 2016, Hanoi University of Pharmacy in collaboration with Korean Pharmaceutical Association – Pharmaceutics Division organized the Scientific Symposium on “Current Drug Discovery and Pharmaceutical Technology” at HUP.

Meeting with the consortium of Gachon University (16-25 February 2016) -HUP 2020 Project

As previously reported, under the framework of the project "Developing Hanoi University of Pharmacy to become a National Specialized University meeting Regional standards by 2020”, in the afternoon of 17th December 2015, Hanoi University of Pharmacy held successfully the contract signing ceremony of the package "Consulting services of basic and detailed design, procurement support and construction supervision" with the Consortium of Gachon University, Sunjin Engineering & Architecture Co. Ltd, Yeungnam University. Accordingly, the Consortiumvisitedand worked with theHa Noi University of Pharmacyfrom 16 to25 February 2016.

Seminar on “Preparation of cytotoxic drugs in hospital”, 14th - 18th December 2015

Under the cooperation between Hanoi University of Pharmacy and Bordeaux II University - France, sponsored by French Embassy in Vietnam (DU program), Hanoi University of Pharmacy (HUP) held a comprehensiveSeminar named "Preparation of cytotoxic drugs in hospital" in the period from 14th to 18th December 2015.
