The meeting between Hanoi University of Pharmacy and Chungnam National University, South Korea
On the morning of November 18, 2024, the delegation from Chungnam National University, South Korea led by Prof. Sang Kyum Kim, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Chungnam National University paid a working visit to Hanoi University of Pharmacy.
The delegation was welcomed by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hai Nam, Rector of Hanoi University of Pharmacy, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Quyen, Head of the Department of Science Technology – Cooperation Development, and MA. Dinh Thi Hien Van, Deputy Head of the Department of Science Technology – Cooperation Development, along with staff and faculty members from the Department of Science Technology - Cooperation Development and the Faculty of Pharmacology - Clinical Pharmacy.
At the meeting, both sides discussed future research and cooperation directions between the two Universities. They also explored the possibility of short-term student exchange and internship programs in the coming years. Notably, Chungnam National University and Hanoi University of Pharmacy agreed to establish a joint Research and Cooperation Center, planned to be located at Hanoi University of Pharmacy. This signifies a significant milestone in the growing relationship between the two Universities.
The meeting fostered a friendly and open atmosphere, laying the groundwork for future collaborations in scientific research and training. Both sides expressed their confidence in and high hopes for future successes.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Prof. Sang Kyum Kim expressed gratitude for the warm welcome extended by Hanoi University of Pharmacy. He further expressed his hope for continued development in the cooperation between the two universities, contributing to enhanced educational quality and scientific research in the years to come.
