Welcome the student delegation from Gachon University, Korea.
In the morning of 13th January 2017, the student delegation from Gachon University, Korea leaded by Mr. Yang Jin -Young, Chief Representative of United Pharm. Inc Vietnam to visit, share experiences as well as learn more about pharmaceutical profession.
Attending the meeting, there were MA. Dinh Thi Hien Van, Head of International Relations Department, MSc. Nguyen Thi Linh Ha, specialist of International Relations Department and representative students of HUP.
After listening the introduction of HUP and overview of pharmacy system in Vietnam, the scale of project "Developing Hanoi University of Pharmacy to become a National Specialized University meeting Regional standards by 2020” was also presented.
After that, they continued to visit the Department of Pharmacognosy. Here, the delegation were warmly welcomed by lecturers of department. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thu Hang, Head of Pharmaconosy introduced about the studying programs, ongoing projects and visited the laboratories of the department.
In the afternoon, the student delegation had a Hanoi city tour with the support by HUP English club members such as Ly Ngoc Long, Tran Minh and Truong Anh Quan to visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, the walking streets around Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. These students also had a chance to explore and enjoy Hanoi food with Bun cha, pho, spring rolls.
Last, Mr. Yang Jin -Young, on behalf of the delegation thanked the enthusiastic support from Department of Pharmacognosy and International Relations Department to create favorable conditions for students to visit and share experience successfully.
