The oral talk session between Yeungnam University, Griffith University and Tsing Hua University with HUP Students
Within the framework of the AFPS 2023 Pharmaceutical Science Conference – the largest pharmaceutical conference in the Asia-Pacific region, hosted by Hanoi University of Pharmacy (HUP), a series of international exchange activities specifically for students were organized on the morning of November 9th, 2023.
The presenters consist of Prof. Kim Jong Oh and Kim Jeonghwan, representatives from Yeungnam University, South Korea, Prof. Andrew Pearson and his colluages from Griffith University, Australia, and Prof Chih-Kuang Yeh from Tsing Hua University, Taiwan.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Thi Thanh Hai, Vice Rector started the session by expressing profound gratitude to the professors from the Pharmacy universities in Australia, South Korea and Taiwan, for dedicating their time to directly engage with HUP students. Additionally, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Thi Thanh Hai emphasized to the students the importance of actively seeking knowledge and opportunities,making the most of their strengths.
During this event, HUP students had the opportunity to access and learn about the educational programs and highlights of pharmacy training and practice at each university in these countries. In addition to the academically oriented sharing, these seminars also provided opportunities for international learning and skills enhancement for the graduating students. English was the primary language used in these seminars and the students demonstrated their proactiveness, confidence, and eagerness to learn during these exchanges, earning high praise from experts and leaving a positive impression among their international peers.
