A training course on “Preparation of cytotoxic drugs in hospital”
The training course on “Preparation of cytotoxic drugs in hospital” taught by Professor Jean Grellet, Dean of Pharmacy, Head of Cytotoxic drug preparation laboratory of the Hospital University of Bordeaux - the Republic of France under DU program sponsored by the Embassy of France was held at Ha Noi University of Pharmacy from 19th to 22th December 2016.
In the cooperation framework between Hanoi University of Pharmacy and Bordeaux University under DU program sponsored by the Embassy of France, at Hanoi University of Pharmacy, Professor Jean Grellet, Dean of Pharmacy, Head of Cytotoxic drug preparation laboratory of the Hospital University of Bordeaux accompanied by assistant lecturers of Department of pharmaceutics, HUP gave lectures on cytotoxic drug preparation in hospital for pharmacists in charge of cytotoxic drugs preparation of hospitals in Vietnam from 19th to 22nd December 2016.
30 participants who are mainly pharmacists coming from laboratory of cytotoxic drugs preparation of hospitals in Vietnam attended this course. These leaners highly appreciated the quality of lessons which helped them better understand the standard of cytotoxic drug preparation process at their hospitals. In additions, participants of this course had the opportunities to practice the sample of cytotoxic drug preparation process at 108 Military Central Hospital and Vinmec Hospital under the guidance and sharing experience of Prof. Jean Grellet - Head of Cytotoxic drug preparation laboratory of the Hospital University of Bordeaux, France.
