1. The Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received a Loan from the Export-Import Bank of Korea from the resources of the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) of the Republic of Korea in the amount of Forty Five Million US Dollars (US$ 45,000,000) toward the cost of the project of “Development of HANOI UNIVERSITY OF PHARMACY to meet the regional standard” (hereinafter referred to as the “VNM-44 Project”), and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for the procurement of “XL-TB-2024. Construction and Equipment Supply & installation” (CB No.: HUPPCE01).

Hanoi University of Pharmacy (Inviting Party) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of “XL-TB-2024. Construction and Equipment Supply & installation” for the VNM-44 Project. 

2. Any interested bidders may access the detailed information of invitation for bid at https://muasamcong.mpi.gov.vn and at the website of KEXIM Bank (https:// https://www.edcfkorea.go.kr).
3. The bidders shall pay the BDs purchase fees in the amount of USD 1,000 by the bank transfer method, from the Bidder's account to the Inviting Party's account.
4. Any interested bidders must register and purchase the bidding documents before [AM 08:00, March 25^th, 2025].
5. Bidders submit their bid proposal to the Inviting Party no later than [AM 9:00, March 25^th, 2025]. Late bids shall be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder’s representatives at the address below at [AM 10:00, March 25^th, 2025].
