Welcome the delegates from German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and Thailand Incentive and Convention Association (TICA) under Polifund Project.

During the period from April 19th to April 21st, 2017, under the Polifund Project, the delegation from GIZ, TICA and the experts from Chulalongkorn University of Thailand paid a visit to Hanoi University of Pharmacy with the aims of: Sharing and learning about the curriculum (especially in the field of practical training: pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutics, Clinical pharmacy, community pharmacy) between HUP and Chulalongkorn University; Updating and providing partners with information relating to practical training, pharmacist training and the state of the pharmaceutical industry in Vietnam; Collaborating with all the parties to develop proposals for cooperation in improving the quality of professional training in Vietnam.

Workshop (Project 9C):Pharmaceutical care in Primary Healthcare

In the afternoon of March 10th 2017 & in the morning of March 11th2017, the PMU of 9C Project under Hanoi University of Pharmacy in collaboration with the University of Liege, The Kingdom of Belgium, organized a scientific workshop entitled "Pharmaceutical care in Primary Healthcare" at the Hanoi University of Pharmacy.

Announcement of Decision to reassign the Vice Rector of Ha Noi University of Pharmacy.

In the afternoon of 20th December 2016, at Hall Room of Ha Noi University of Pharmacy, Ministry of Health in collaboration with HUP to announce the Decision of the Minister of Health on the reassignment of the Vice-Rector of the Hanoi University of Pharmacy to Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Binh. Attending the meeting, for the MOH were Prof. Dr. Le Quang Cuong - Deputy Minister of Health, Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, Deputy Director of Personnel Department, Ministry of Health with specialists from Department of Personnel, the Ministry of Health. For HUP were representatives from Party Committee, Rector’s Board, Trade Union Standing Committee, Youth Union Standing Committee, Chairman of the student association, Secretary & Deputy Secretary of the Party unit, head and vice head of department in HUP.

The 2nd Mekong Pharma Master course Graduation Ceremony (2013 - 2015)

In the afternoon of 26^th October 2015, Ha Noi University of Pharmacy in collaboration with Pierre Fabre Foundation and the Embassy of France in Vietnam held a Masters of Pharmacy awarding ceremony issued by the University of Paris Descartes and University of Toulouse Paul Sabatier for students in 2^nd master course ( 2013 -2015 )- a joint training program to grant Mekong Pharma Master Degree.

9C Project on strengthening the capacity of lecturers in teaching of practical pharmacy in primary health care

On the 28^th February, 2016, Hanoi Pharmaceutical University received its official approval of the Ministry of Health for collaborative research programs between Vietnam and Brussels Wallonie in the period of 2016-2018 including the projects of HUP in collaboration with the University of Liege, Belgium.

Within the framework of cooperation between Hanoi University of Pharmacy, University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City and Chong Kun Dang Kochon Foundation, Korea, on 21^st September, 2016, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City in cooperation with Ha Noi University of Pharmacy and Chong Kun Dang scholarship Fund awarded 20 Kochon scholarships to 20 outstanding students of both universities.

HUP welcomed the expert delegation of the project “ Joint capacity building in biomedical higher education through adopting international academic standards and transferring technology between European and Vietnam universities (EDUSHARE)

The project Joint capacity building in biomedical higher education through adopting international academic standards and transferring technology between European and Vietnam universities (EDUSHARE) was approved and financed by EU Erasmus+.The overall objective of the project is that with the help of European colleagues, Vietnamese universities will have the capacity to provide higher education and training to future healthcare professionals who contribute to improving the health of the local people with their high quality knowledge and skills and by that fill a significant gap in the labour market.
