At January 18th2022,a ceremony held at Hanoi University of Pharmacy campus located at 13-15 Le Thanh Tong, to announce the signing of Memorandum of Understanding between Hanoi University of Pharmacy ( the leading university for training of pharmacist) and Pharmacity Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (the leading retail pharmacy chain in Vietnam) and was signed with the goal of strengthening the cooperation between Enterprises - Universities - Institutes in training and career development for community pharmacists and graduates.

On the morning of December 9th, 2021, Hanoi University of Pharmacy held a Science and Technology Conference at Nguy Nhu Kon Tum hall. This was a scientific activity to celebrate the 60th anniversary of construction and development, 107 years of Pharmacy training.

Hanoi University of Pharmacy (HUP) - On December 10th, 2021, at Nguy Nhu Kon Tum Hall, the Hanoi University of Pharmacy, celebrated its 60th anniversary of construction and development (1961 – 2021), and 107th anniversary of consistent Pharmacists Training

Present at the ceremony from Ministry of Health were: Prof. Dr. Tran Van Thuan – Deputy Minister; Dr. Pham Van Tac – Vice President of National Medical Council, Director General of Administration of Science Technology and Training (ASTT); Specialist II Pharmacist Vu Tuan Cuong – Director of Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV); Dr. Tran Viet Hung – Director General of Department of Organization; M.S Hoang Thi Thom – Deputy Director General of Department of Emulation and Commendation.

In the afternoon of 20th August, 2021, the conferment ceremony of "Honorary Professor Title " to Prof. Chul Soon Yong, Former Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Yeungnam University (YU), Korea, Director ofPost Graduate Department of Clinical Pharmacy; Former President ofKorean Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology, Former President of Asian Federation of Pharmaceutical Sciences (AFPS), Former Chair of Organizing Committee for AFPS Conference 2013, was solemnly held online between Hanoi University of Pharmacy, Vietnam and Yeungnam University, Korea.

Declare Decision on Appointing Hanoi University of Pharmacy’s Rector.

HUP - Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hai Nam (born in 1972), Senior Lecturer in Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Hanoi University of Pharmacy, was appointed Rector of Hanoi University of Pharmacy.

On 21^st July 2021, Prof. Nguyen Thanh Long, Minister of Health signed Decision No. 3539/QD-BYT on recognising Mr. Nguyen Hai Nam as Rector of Hanoi University of Pharmacy.
