As part of the cooperation program between Hanoi University of Pharmacy (HUP) and the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Student Exchange Program "STEER 2024" was organized at HUP and its affiliated practical training units from December 14 to 20, 2024. The STEER program provided NUS students with an overview of Vietnam's healthcare and pharmacy education system, pharmaceutical practice and profession, as well as Vietnamese culture, cuisine, and people. Notably, during the program, NUS students visited and explored pharmaceutical operations at Traphaco Pharmaceutical Company (production line, testing, and quality management areas), Saint Paul Hospital, Viet-Xo Friendship Hospital, community pharmacies, and Lan Ong Street (traditional medicine). Additionally, HUP students specializing in Pharmacology – Clinical Pharmacy had the opportunity to interact and share experiences in clinical case analysis, problem-solving, and clinical counseling skills.
