Graduation and Degree of Associate in Pharmacy Awarding Ceremony in 2016

On 6 ^th October 2016, in Hall No 12, Hanoi University of Pharmacy formally held the graduationandDegree of Associate in Pharmacy AwardingCeremony for 191 fresh Associate in Pharmacy Regular students in which 178 students of 4th course and 13 students of 2^nd and 3^rd courses.

Kanazawa University Short-term Exchange Program (2017-2018).

These programs are designed for students from the institutions that have an exchange agreement with Kanazawa University who intend to study at Kanazawa University for a period of more than six months up to one year. While remaining enrolled at their home institutions, they study in a non-degree program at Kanazawa University for the purpose of taking credited classes or participating in independent research under the guidance of a supervisor.

Welcome the delegation of Institute of Traditional Medicine, Ministry of Health Lao PDR

In the morning of 12^th September 2016, the delegation of Institute of Traditional Medicine (ITM), Ministry of Health of Lao PDR leaded by Assoc.Prof. Kongmany Sydara, paid a working visit to Hanoi University of Pharmacy (HUP) for seeking chances of collaboration with our university.

The visit of the delegation from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) on exchange program with GIZ, Chulalongkorn University and Hanoi University of Pharmacy.

On the 27th June 2016, Ha Noi University of Pharmacy received a delegation from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) consists of Dr.Dirk Rabien and Dr.Christina Foerg-Wimmer - Pharmaceutical Consultants to visit and look for the potential cooperation between Ha Noi University of Pharmacy in Vietnam, GIZ and the Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. This cooperation shall be aligned with the harmonization efforts of the ASEAN Economic Community. Aiming to facilitate exchange between academic institutions in the region and upgrade of the pharmacy training curriculum to include more practice-oriented components as needed by the local pharmaceutical industry, including on-site practical training and ultimately pursue greater harmonization of education throughout the ASEAN region.

Call for Applications to organize researcher link workshops.

The Researcher Links Workshop Programme offers opportunities for early-career researchers of Vietnam and the UK to meet and discuss academic matters during a period for three to five days in Vietnam. The workshop(s) is expected to expand the bilateral research collaboration networks, enhance research capacity of participants and discover contribution of the concerned research topic(s) in addressing development challenges in Vietnam. Teams of two leading researchers from Vietnam and the UK are invited to apply to be the workshop coordinators.

Meeting with the delegation of Taipei Medical University, Taiwan

Under the cooperation framework between Hanoi University of Pharmacy and Taiwan universities, the delegates of the Taipei Medical University, Taiwan headed by Prof.Chieh-Hsi Wu, Head of College of Pharmacy, Taipei Medical University and Ms Lam Thi Minh Thao, staff of S&T Division, TECO in Ha noi had an official visit to HUP in the afternoon of 14 March 2016. The visit aimed at seeking opportunities for collaboration with Hanoi University of Pharmacy in lecturers and students exchange, scientific research and interviewing applicants for MSc/PhD course.

The 18th Youth’s Science and Technology Conference of Hanoi University of Pharmacy

In the morning of 23 January 2016, Ha Noi University of Pharmacy organized the 18th Youth’s Science and Technology Conference in order to evaluate activities on science and technology of young lecturers and students in the last two years and select the best reporters to attend the Youth’s Science and Technology Conference of Vietnam’s Pharmacy and Medicine Universities which will be held in May 2016 at the Da Nang Technical University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

On the 26th January 2016, Ha Noi University of Pharmacy received a student delegationfrom Gachon University, Korea headed by Mr. Yang Jin -Young, Chieft Representative of United Pharm.Inc Vietnam to visit, share expriences as well as learn more about pharmaceutical profession.

Daewoong Scholarship Award Ceremony 2015 - 2016 at Hanoi University of Pharmacy

On 12 th January 2016, Hanoi University of Pharmacy in collaboration with Daewoong Pharmaceutical and Hanoi Medical University held Scholarship Award Ceremony to 30 outstanding students from Hanoi Medical University and Hanoi University of Pharmacy.

MUPY International Scholarship 2014

Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University (called MUPY)recognizes the importance of extending education opportunities for graduate education among Thais and international students. In order to support international students with excellent academic records and strong potential to pursue their higher education at the master’s level at Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, the educational scholarship is therefore granted to provide financial aid to students who lack funds.
