Scientific Symposium on “Current Drug Discovery and Pharmaceutical Technology” at HUP
On the 26th January 2016, Hanoi University of Pharmacy in collaboration with Korean Pharmaceutical Association – Pharmaceutics Division organized the Scientific Symposium on “Current Drug Discovery and Pharmaceutical Technology” at HUP.
Attending the Scientific Symposium, there were 20 participants from different universities belonging the Korean Pharmaceutical Association- Pharmaceutics Division and 15 delegates from the Hanoi University of Pharmacy .
There were 8 oral presentations and 15 posters with different topics. 3/8 oral presentations were of lecturers from HUP. They were Dr. Tran Hai Yen with "Preparation and Characterization of amphotericin B lipid complex", Dr. Nguyen Hai Nam with "Heterocycle-based Hydroxamix Acids as Histone Deacetylase Inhibitors: In Search for a New Anticancer Drug", and Dr. Tran Van On with "Research and development of product for anti-diabetes from Vietnamese medicine plants". The other 5 oral presentations were from the Korean Association.
The Scientific Symposium ended with desirable achievements and good impression of Korean participants.
