Contract Signing Ceremony- Package "Consulting services of basic and detailed design, procurement support and construction supervision"- HUP 2020 project, December 17th 2015
Under the framework of the project "Developing Hanoi University of Pharmacy to become a National Specialized University meeting Regional standards by 2020”, in the afternoon of 17th December 2015, Hanoi University of Pharmacy held successfully the contract signing ceremony of the package "Consulting services of basic and detailed design, procurement support and construction supervision" with the Consortium of Gachon University, Sunjin Engineering & Architecture Co. Ltd, Yeungnam University.
The contract signing ceremony was held with the attendance of Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Hoa - HUP Rector, HUP 2020 Director and other members of the Project Mangement Unit.
From the Gachon University Consortium, there were Dr. Sang Cheol Chi- Vice President of Gachon University- Project Manager, Mr. Soo Choul Kim- Sunjin Engineering & Architecture Co. Ltd, Dr. CHINHO PARK- Yeungnam University and other members of the Consortium.
The project "Developing Hanoi University of Pharmacy to become a National Specialized University meeting Regional standards by 2020” plays an important role in developing Hanoi University of Pharmacy to become a state-level specialized University of the country, an accredited center for training pharmacists and pharmaceutical research in Vietnam and region by 2020. It has three components, including construction, procurement of educational and research equipments, and training & qualification improvement for managers, educators and researchers. Its objectives are to build a campus in Bac Ninh to meet the studying and living demand of 5,000 students; to supply necessary modern standard equipments for lecture rooms, laboratories and reseach rooms in accordance with the requirements of advanced research and education curricula, meeting the regional standards; as well as to improve educational qualifications, scale and quality and develop a learning and researching environment that meets the standards of advanced universities. The project is expected to complete in 2018.
